Pink Floyd Dark Side – Brain Damage Pompeii Recordings

This footage was added to the Live at Pompeii 2 years after it was released in theatres in 1972. This new release included footage supposedly of Dark Side of the Moon at Abbey Road Studios. The recordings turned out to be staged since the album was already recorded in 1973. Never the less the footage still gives you a raw glimpse of Pink Floyds amazing evolution. Aside from being able to see the band jam to Brain Damage you also get a hint of the artistic differences between Roger and David. To anyone who really is a diehard Floyd fan, Live at Pompeii is a must. It truly shows these amazing artistically different musicians in their prime. The band was truly at its pinnacle when it was shot. Enjoy
